Modified the corralation filter so that the correlated event can be
"Not scheduled", this way it will still nullify the original event but not
send out the corralated event. But it still MUST be assigned.

The auto-clear log function will no longer clear the log if any events are
in the "On Hold" status. This allows for the corralation filter to function.
If "On Holds" are found then it will keep trying for 14 more times in 10 minutes
intervals. If still not able then it will just wait until the next scheduled time.

Modified the AlarmGen Pro's email listener to support the commands
in the subject line. Before it only supported the commands to be in the
message body. So now it will first look in the subject field then if not
found it will then look in the message body.
Modified how the email listener looks for the end of message. So those email
clients that do not correctly end the message per the RFC spec, will still work.

from the CastleRock SNMPc console if the user logged into the Windows Desktop then logged out. After logging
out Windows would send a message called QUERYENDSESSION to ALL window apps and since the user has
logged into the desktop our Adapter would also receive this message and the CastleRock library (which uses
a callback function) would get deallocated, which would cause our Adapter to hang.
The fix we came up with is that if our Adapter receives this message it will shutdown and then our Event Manager
would then reload the Adapter after 30 seconds (which gives Windows time to logout of the desktop and setup it's console.
